Returns and exchanges are governed by the terms laid out below. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Laws.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts
Track Pants, Tracksuits
Jackets, Windcheaters
Ladies Tops, Shorts
Night Suits (unused and unworn)
Innerwear or hygiene-related items
Final Sale or Clearance items
Gift Cards or Store Credit
Damaged or used items not caused by shipping
Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
✅ Unused, unworn, and unwashed
✅ Original tags and packaging intact
✅ No stains, perfumes, deodorants, or damage
✅ Accompanied by a valid Order ID and proof of purchase
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back at the customer’s expense.
To initiate a return:

Fill out the return request form with:

Reason for return
Product details
Upload image (if defective/damaged)
Our support team will review your request and approve/disapprove within 48 hours.
If approved:
A reverse pickup will be arranged, or
You’ll be given a return shipping address
Available in select pin codes.
Reverse pickup will be attempted up to 2 times.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is securely packed.
Note: If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you must send the item to our return address yourself.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, please:
Use a reputable courier service
Include your name, contact number, and Order ID inside the parcel
Ship to the address provided by our support team
Retain tracking number and receipt until return is confirmed
We do not reimburse shipping costs unless the item was defective or wrong.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide order ID, clear photos, and description.
We will offer:
Replacement
Full refund
Store credit
Or re-dispatch (case-dependent)
Important: Do not discard original packaging until resolution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ Prepaid Orders:
Refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
✅ COD Orders:
Refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI, after you share required details.
✅ Store Credit Option:
Refund can be converted into wallet credit for faster re-purchase.
Please Note:
Refunds do not include any original shipping or COD charges (unless due to seller fault).
Partial refunds may be issued if item is returned in less-than-perfect condition.
We offer one-time free size exchange for eligible products within the return window.
Must be the same product in a different size or color.
Product must be in unused and original condition.

Customized or personalized items
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Any item without original tags and packaging
Items purchased from third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Bulk or B2B orders (10 units or more) are non-returnable unless items are defective.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them — provided they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.

If the order is already dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may opt for return after delivery.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Double-check your bank statement.
Contact your credit card/bank – processing may take 3–5 business days.

To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to refuse future returns or exchanges in cases of:
Excessive return frequency
Return of used/damaged items
Return abuse or policy manipulation
Fraudulent activity
